The Chinese leader called on the international community to focus efforts on achieving both economic and political stability and abandoning “Cold War mentalities, unilateralism and bloc confrontation.”

Referring to the crisis in Ukraine, he stated: “We remain committed to a common, comprehensive and cooperative vision to maintain peace and security. We respect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of all countries and non-interference in the internal affairs of each of them.”
Based on this, Xi Jinping confirmed that the Asian giant advocates dialogue to resolve the conflict, stating, “China supports all efforts leading to peaceful resolution of crises while opposing the unilateral imposition of sanctions.”
He also stressed that Beijing is committed to international economic recovery by opening market opportunities to other nations while assuring that the Chinese economy is strong and resilient to any momentum that may arise.
