HAVANA, DECEMBER 9 (ACN) – Cuban duos Noslen Díaz-Jorge Luis Alayo and Dayani Zerquera-Nahomí Charlot will debut today in the eighth and final stage of beach volleyball’s North, Central America and Caribbean Circuit (Norceca) through this Sunday in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
According to the site www.norceca.net, the main Cuban duo Díaz-Olayo will open their fight this Friday against the Salvadoran Franklin Flores-Armando Guatemala, while the rookie will face the Americans Terese Cannon as a pair Zerguera-Charlot Sarah Sponcil.
The experienced players of the greatest of the Antilles are among the big favorites to advance from Group B to the final of the competition, the first stage to the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, as this is the beginning of the Olympic classification system of this sport consists of a series of three Norceca Tour Finals (2022, 2023 and 2024).

This morning, the Canadians and Virgin Islands will also compete in the men’s key of B, while the Jamaicans and Costa Ricans will compete in the women’s key of A.
In both cases, as in the other sections, the winners and losers face each other in the afternoon.
