An international conference on organizing winter aid for Ukraine will be held in Paris on Tuesday. In the face of the destruction inflicted by Russia, concrete commitments must be made to rebuild infrastructure. French President Emmanuel Macron opens the conference together with his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who is connected via video.
Ukraine’s Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal and First Lady Olena Zelenska will also attend the conference in Paris. Specifically, it must go into areas such as water, electricity, food, health and transport. The French government is proposing an internet platform to better coordinate Ukraine’s needs and international aid offers.
