FORT LAUDERDALE — Detectives from the Broward Sheriff’s Office are searching for two women suspected of stealing a Rolex watch from a man they met in a bar nearly two weeks ago.

According to authorities, the incident began around 3 a.m. on December 5 when the victim, an adult male, encountered two women outside a rooftop bar in Fort Lauderdale. They exchanged phone numbers and agreed to meet later.

The victim told police she met them an hour later and took both women to her home for drinks.

The victim fell asleep and woke to find her Submariner Blue Face Rolex watch and credit card missing.

According to authorities, the estimated value of the Rolex is $25,000.

The victim’s apartment is on the 1400 block of South Ocean Boulevard in Lauderdale.by.the.sea.

No robbery occurred at the rooftop bar, but they provided this video where they were previously seen walking and exiting the building.

Police describe them as two women in their 25s with black hair. One wore a white dress and has a scorpion-shaped tattoo on her left thigh. The other woman was wearing a yellow dress, as shown in the video accompanying this note.
