A 29yearold woman from Ohio, United States, decided to remove the tattoos from her face after a police archive photo was posted to social media.
Alyssa Zebrasky, a former convict, made international headlines after the police file was released and decided to remove the tattoos that made her famous.
The woman attracted attention mainly because of the “Mexican skull” covering her face. The removal process was shared with his followers on social media.
The young woman, who was arrested on robbery and drug charges between 2018 and 2019, claims to have lived a “normal” life since leaving prison. Alongside deciding to remove the body markings, she claims she is “clean” and has left her life of crime behind.
Alyssa shared a video shared on her TikTok of her returning from one of the laser sessions.
“Today we were moving number 10 and I just want to say I am in a lot of pain. My hands hurt a lot this time,” he commented in the publication.
After the removal process began, the tattoos on the back of Alyssa’s hands have drastically reduced. Also, the two lines on her cheeks and the spider web covering her forehead were practically imperceptible.
Despite all efforts, the drawings around the eyes cannot be completely removed, since there is a lack of special devices for tattoo removal in this region, as the young woman reports in another video.
Zebrasky, who has more than 20,000 followers on his TikTok, used the backlash to explain why he got his face tattoo.
According to her, the idea came from an exboyfriend.
“A few years ago I met a guy I was in love with. I moved in with him after quitting heroin and starting other drugs. He told me that if I wanted to be with him, he would tattoo my face,” he explained.
The young woman was complimented by some of her followers for recovering from drug addiction and having the courage to face the pain.
