Thousands of fans cheered the Blues in an atmosphere of fervor on Monday night in Paris at the Place de la Concorde the day after their World Cup final loss to Argentina in Doha.

The players and the coach appeared on the balcony of the Hôtel Crillon to greet the large crowd, who waved tricolor flags and shouted “Thank you Les Bleus”.
They had arrived at Paris airport from Qatar about two hours earlier.
