Journalist and streamer Casimiro Miguel married Anna Beatriz Lima (19) today. The couple had postponed the ceremony last month due to contracting Covid19.
Videos on social networks show the journalist getting married in a church in Rio de Janeiro, where he lives. The newlyweds were among the most talked about on Twitter because of the ceremony. “I got married,” wrote Casimiro.
Pedro Certezas, a friend of Casimiro and best man at the wedding, joked on social media just before the ceremony: “Today is Cazé and Anna’s wedding, I’m the best man and I didn’t know how to rate that a tie.” until today it’s messed up, (…) but it worked.”
When he fell ill with Covid19 in November, Casimiro announced that the wedding celebration would be postponed. Before saying “seriously,” he joked that he was done.
“I’m stopping by to make a not very happy announcement. My wedding, which would take place now, on Saturday the 19th, will not take place. Unfortunately, Anna Beatriz and I have split up,” he began, mocking the bride.
“My marriage, which is now the 19th [de novembro], will not happen. Yesterday I tested positive for Covid and it was our decision which was very painful but it was better for everyone, for the health of the guests… we have decided to postpone this wedding, probably to next month. It’s better if I share it with you here than for it to appear on any website beforehand, with clickbait material,” Casimiro continued postponing the November party.
