Weinstein is guilty of three counts: A jury in California found the former Hollywood mogul guilty of three counts of sex crimes, including rape, in the Harvey Weinstein criminal trial. The amount of the fine will be determined first. A New York trial for rape and sexual assault ended in 2020 with a guilty verdict on two counts and a 23-year prison sentence. Its legal team recently appealed this decision.
