Republican Sen. Ted Cruz called the White House spokesman Jen Psaki “Mint Patty,” said the Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi rides a broom and makes the Conservative political action crowd boo the Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau and chant, “Let’s go, Brandon.”
The Texas Republican deployed a number of zealous people when he “philosophized” at the conference, telling those present at the annual affair that the nation’s current battle is between “strength and freedom.”
“The two are in a major conflict. We see it every day: mandates for vaccines against doctors and nurses, mandates for masks against children at school, Spotify against Joe Rogan“GoFundMe against Canadian truck drivers,” he said.
“Justin Trudeau,” he said as the crowd intervened with loud booing. “Let’s stop for a second and see that for the first time in recorded history, a Canadian has banned so much of the response from any crowd on planet earth,” said Cruz, who was born in Canada to an American mother.
