The twist, which is somehow predictable and unpredictable at the same time, explains Gabriel’s sudden switch to thinking about marriage and children and the escalation of their relationship after Camille’s return from Greece.
Prior to that, he became too focused on the restaurant and drunkenly told Emily about his love for her and Camille and how he knew something was wrong in their relationship. If Gabriel and Emily are to be together, the series needs to delve deeper into these characters.
There’s a lot the public doesn’t know about her or her relationship. This twist has the ability to bring them together or separate them. We haven’t even seen Emily and Gabriel in a relationship, only as unlucky lovers with the universe against them.

This turn in Emile in Paris it may also finally allow Emily and Camille to solve their problems and become true friends. This has never been seen by the public as Emily has been lying to her practically from the day they met.
Whatever the case, it’s impossible to guess what the outcome will be for Emily and Gabriel. There are many avenues the series could take with this twist. However, the season 3 finale feels somewhat similar to the season 1 finale where Emily and Gabriel got a chance to be together.
However, they didn’t take advantage of it because of Camille. Will history repeat itself? Or will they finally give their love a chance, come what may? Like Emily already learned several times, nothing is easy in Paris🇧🇷
