John Krasinski heaped praise on his wife, Emily Blunt, in a new interview.
The Office actor, 43, who has been married to the Devil Wears Prada star, 39, for 12 years, told Parade: “I wouldn’t be anywhere in my life without her.”
He added, “Daily, but certainly professionally, as a father, she pushes me to be better every day at everything I do.”

John added that he’s looking forward to the next day because I know it will be better than the previous one.
Emily and John have been married since 2010 and have daughters Hazel (8) and Violet (6).
Krasinski recently joked that the girls think their mother took pity on him when they got married, believing he works at an actual “office,” unaware that he’s actually starring in the comedy series The Office “ played along.

He revealed the hilarious anecdote earlier this month while appearing on the Late Show with Stephen Colbert.
Sharing that kids enjoyed seeing his wife in Mary Poppins, he said, “I think my kids thought she married me out of charity, like ‘You’re kind enough to marry an accountant,’ because she don’t know what I’m doing.’
Meanwhile, the actress, in a sentimental admission of her own, revealed that she kept a jacket from her first date during her appearance on The Colbert Questionert on Wednesday.

“What’s the only thing you own that you should really throw away?” asked Stephen, 58.
“Um, oh god, a really awful, a really awful old royal blue velvet jacket and I’m not wearing it, but I wore it to John and I on our first date and I didn’t throw it away,” Emily shared.
The couple’s relationship began shortly after they were introduced by a mutual friend in 2008, followed by an engagement a year later. They married in 2010 in Lake Como, Italy.
The couple’s love even passed the test of collaboration when they teamed up on two films – horror/thriller A Quiet Place and A Quiet Place Part II, written by Krasinski.
At the time, Krasinski described working with Blunt as “the best experience ever.”

Elsewhere in the interview, John spoke about the upcoming third season of his hit Amazon Prime series Jack Ryan.
In the new season, Jack is on the run, wanted by both an international villain faction he has uncovered and the CIA.
“I remember being a kid and watching all the other actors playing the part and loving every second of it. I mean, from Alec Baldwin to Harrison Ford growing up. You know you hope someone like Jack Ryan is out there. That there’s someone with a moral compass struggling to do the right thing,” he said of his character.
The long-awaited third season of the action thriller series premieres on Wednesday, December 21st.
