But what does this 3.2% increase mean for workers? They earn EUR 74.02 more per month in order to achieve a social minimum wage of EUR 2,387.40 gross per month. The minimum wage for skilled workers increases monthly by EUR 88.83 to EUR 2,864.88 gross per month.
