The Wall Street Journal writes that a “compromise” was reached in June 2020, allowing Rassemblement National (formerly Front National) to repay the funds in quarterly installments through 2028 and with interest. The agreement was made after the complaint for non-payment which Aviazapchast submitted to the Moscow Arbitration Court against the French party.
