In fact, a profile on TikTok and Instagram is making the crowds laugh with videos of the British monarch speaking with a northeastern accent.

And then you ask yourself: how come? Well, it’s obvious that this is a joke, or rather, dubbing. Videomaker and designer Levy Wesley is the voice behind these iconic videos.
The videos feature real King Charles footage but in a funnier context with designer edits.
In one of them, for example, the monarch has just stepped off a plane in Egypt and the voice actor’s voice imitates the voice of an elderly man from the Northeast:
