The Surete du Québec (SQ) is asking for the public’s help in locating a 28-year-old Shawinigan man.
Billy Carle was last seen on Georges Avenue in Shawinigan around 7pm on December 24th. He wore a black and white coat with “ARMADA” written on the back, blue pants and sneakers. He has black headphones around his neck.
The man would move on foot. He is 5’11” tall and weighs 202 lbs. Billy Carle has brown hair and eyes.
His loved ones fear for his health and safety.
Anyone seeing Billy Carle is asked to contact 911. Additionally, any information that might help locate him can be sent confidentially to the Sûreté du Québec Crime Information Center at 1-800-659-4264.
