Two-time Emmy-winner Zendaya wished her Dune star – Oscar nominee Timothée Chalamet – a happy 27th birthday on Tuesday.
The 26-year-old Oakland native, who has 206.1 million social media followers, posted a throwback snap of herself with the New York native: “Happy birthday to that kid.”
Zendaya’s image of Timothée is from the set of her digital cover story for Entertainment Weekly in October 2021, where she donned a fringe-knit Mark Fast SS/11 RTW bodycon dress.

The Euphoria producer star became so close to Chalamet while filming Denis Villeneuve’s critically acclaimed hit film based on Frank Herbert’s 1965 sci-fi novel that they both call each other “besties” and “family.”
“She brings with her exactly what she brought with her the first time, which was incredible, but in greater abundance,” the Entergalactic actor gushed to Variety last month.
“And she really has become a sister. I am so thankful to count her as a partner, sister and friend and also to share stories about how amazing it is to work with Luca because we have worked with him back to back on very different projects.
