We talked about it two days ago after the release of a teaser, Escape From Tarkov has just received its 0.13 patch which, among other things, brings a new map, Streets of Tarkov. Even offline, performance doesn’t seem to be optimal for now, as one might expect. I quickly scanned the map to see what it looked like and it is very large indeed. There are some buildings for you to explore including some buildings. However, only two or three apartments can be visited at a time, which still limits sniper campsites. It’s going to take a few hours anyway to discover every corner of it and even find the extraction points…
But patch 0.13 doesn’t only focus on this new map, because there are also many adjustments, including repair kits, abilities or hideouts. On the other hand, new parameters appear for the coop mode in PvE (offline). For example, we can disable hunger and thirst, and even choose to spawn in two separate teams for small competitions between friends. Eventually we will find new weapons and new stimulants.
