In the semifinals of TV Globo Lulu Santos recalled that Brazil tops the list of LGBTQIA+ deaths in the world and called on politicians to create a folder to pay special attention to this population group.
“I would like to remind the new Minister of Justice that our country is still the country where the most LGBTQIA+ people are killed. And that maybe there would be a secretariat in this new Justice Department to take care of this matter. This scenario shames the soul of Brazilians,” the artist stressed.
The new Minister of Justice has already posted on social networks Flvio DinoShe replied to the singer that he agreed with his proposal. “I agree with Lulu Santos’ suggestion presented on The Voice. I will speak to the Minister of Human Rights, Silvio Almeida, so we can work together,” the politician wrote.
