Jodi Gordon has announced that she wants to continue her healthy lifestyle in 2023.
The New Year’s resolution comes after the 37-year-old model and actress completed a 30-day alcohol addiction recovery program at a clinic in Sydney.

It comes after Jodi went public with her commitment to staying sober earlier this year.
The former Neighbors star told Chron Australia in an exclusive interview in November that she has developed effective strategies to maintain her physical and mental well-being.
When asked about her newfound sobriety, she said, “I’m feeling really good. I take life as it comes and do whatever it takes to make sure I’m doing what’s right for my body and mind.”
With her health and well-being back on track, Jodi is looking forward to some exciting new projects over the next year.
The former model and ex-Home and Away star said the past year has been “just about physical and mental health” and now she wants to “keep trying different things”.
“I just got an acting agent; I haven’t had one for years. I’m really excited to dip my toes back into acting,” she said.
“It was really exciting to go back and do the Neighbors finals but just in general I’m really excited about the possibilities.”
She said she’s made a commitment to “take care of myself and enjoy what I have in life.”
Jodi also spoke enthusiastically about her role as an ambassador for Life Botanics vitamins and said she was thrilled to represent a true Australian company.
