Fans of singer Celine Dion were outraged by a recently released list of the 200 greatest singers in history. The North American edition of Rolling Stone magazine ranks singer Aretha Franklin first and does not mention Dion.
Published since 2008 and regularly updated, Rolling Stone’s ranking places Aretha Franklin at the top and the remaining top 10 positions with Whitney Houston, Sam Cooke, Billie Holiday, Mariah Carey, Ray Charles, Stevie Wonder, Beyonce, Otis Redding and others Al Green.

Up to 20th place, the ranking consists of Little Richard, John Lennon, Patsy Cline, Freddie Mercury, Bob Dylan, Prince, Elvis Presley, Celia Cruz, Frank Sinatra and Marvin Gaye.

“Have you heard of Celine Dion? Try to find out about her,” one person quipped on Twitter in response to the list of the singer’s absences. “You forgot Celine Dion…” wrote another. “How can anyone forget that Celine Dion exists?” asked a third.
“Céline Dion is not on the list, something is wrong,” criticized another.
