Tori Spelling continued to date husband Dean McDermott after years of being plagued by split rumors.
The TV personality, 49, and her husband, 56, were joined by their five children, along with his daughter Lola, who was adopted by his ex-wife Mary Jo Eustace, as they celebrated the New Year’s weekend together in a snap on Instagram on Monday posted.
The Beverly Hills, 90210 actress, who was recently hospitalized with breathing difficulties just before Christmas, gushed that she’s looking forward to calling 2023 “as family.”

Alongside the photo, which she shared with her 1.6million followers, the actress penned a short caption that read “New Year 2023” followed by a red heart emoji.
The star added: “About last night. Celebrated as family,” in reference to their special celebration on New Year’s Eve. Concluding the message, Tori expressed that her stepson Jack is greatly missed. Her husband Dean also shares the 24-year-old with his ex-wife Mary Jo Eustace.
The family happily posed in front of a tall Christmas tree decorated in classic colors like red and gold.
Tori wore a black crop top paired with shiny silver cargo pants to add an edgy touch to her New Year’s Eve ensemble. A pair of combat boots have been added to complete the overall look.
She also donned a black beanie that partially covered her long, blonde locks that flowed just over her shoulders.

Tori opted for glamorous makeup for the night’s celebrations and donned a dark red lipstick to add a pop of color to her monochromatic outfit.
Standing beside her, her husband Dean, whom she married in 2006, opted for a comfy ensemble of a black t-shirt and black sweatpants and a gray cardigan to stay warm in the chilly temperatures.
Their sons, Liam, 15, Finn, 10, and daughters, Stella, 14, Hattie, 11, also displayed their own sense of style, with their youngest, Beau, 5, standing in front of Dean in a patterned tracksuit.
The longtime couple have been rocked by years of rumors that their marriage is on the rocks, but they rallied for the cameras with their children and proved they remain a couple.
During a recent interview on the ReWives podcast, hosted by Bethenny Frankel, the actress opened up about her blended family.

“It’s the Christmas season right now and I’ve just had seven kids,” the star told the Real Housewives alum.
She went on to explain: “Because we have his ex’s two children [with us]so one from his previous marriage, my stepson, and then her daughter who lives with us.’
However, the TV personality explained that she was beyond thrilled to have a big family, especially around the holidays. “We have a big blended family at the moment. The more the better!’
On the podcast, the star also hinted that she would be ready to join the cast of The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills.
Last month in December, Dean’s son Jack called his mother Mary Jo after she made negative comments against his father and stepmother Tori on their podcast Ex’s And Uh-Oh’s, which she previously hosted with Dean.
According to Us Weekly, Jack had written on Instagram: “Since my parents divorced in 2006, I have rarely spoken out as I have preferred to keep my voice out. Unfortunately, due to my mother’s recent decision to spread information about my father, stepmother and siblings, I can no longer remain silent.

Jack went on to reveal that his father made the decision to leave the podcast “due to negative comments about our family and constant attempts to defame his character.”
Dean and Mary Jo were married from 1993 until their divorce in 2006, due to a reported cheating scandal between her then-ex-husband and Tori.
Just before the Christmas holidays, the actress spent some time in the hospital and expressed on her Instagram Stories that she was having “difficulty breathing”.
‘I’m in here [the] in hospital since last night,” she wrote, adding, “To everyone who gas lit me when told to [was] too sick to work, well here i am.’
She then wrote: “How about next time? [you] Take someone at face value and show kindness instead of doubt. Remember, NOT working is a nightmare for people like me. I’m a hustler and a workaholic. I always choose work.”
The star said she went to the hospital after being “low on oxygen” and listed her symptoms as “difficult breathing, high blood pressure and crazy dizziness.”
