The new regulations of Indonesia on the origin of goods and the issuance of origin documents for goods exported from there apply from 2 January in the context of the implementation of this Agreement.

This new rule is in line with the RCEP’s commercial commitment, he explained, adding that business sectors would benefit from this measure as the RCEP will make the export of goods in the region smoother./.
