Helen Flanagan has opened up about co-parenting with ex-fiancé Scott Sinclair for the first time.
The 32-year-old actress and Bristol Rovers footballer, 33, have three children together – daughters Matilda, seven, Delilah, four, and son Charlie, 17 months.
The television personality, who recently joked about ‘how to lose a man in 10 days after breaking up’, and the footballer split in October last year after 13 years together.

Now Helen has addressed the co-parenting situation, revealing the children were with Scott on Thursday.
Looking bored and a little emotional, Helen said she was left alone to look after daughter Matilda’s two guinea pigs, Snowball and Snowflake.
Addressing her followers, she said: “Kids with their daddy so just me and the guinea pigs”.
Alongside this, she filmed herself snuggling with one of the adorable furry creatures while wearing a pair of gray sweatpants and a white vest.

It comes after Helen reunited with ex-fiancé Scott this Christmas to give her daughter the guinea pigs.
Helen took to her Instagram to share a video of Scott bringing the box of pets inside before presenting it to Matilda.
Although she is “not open” to the idea of them getting back together, Helen wants a harmonious relationship, it has been claimed.
A source told The Sun ahead of Christmas: “Scott is a professional footballer so often he won’t be there on Christmas Day because of his game plans but Helen and Scott are planning something special for the kids.”

The source continued, “Helen isn’t ready to talk about reconciliation and she just wants them to focus on being co-parents.”
Helen recently took to Instagram to fume about how “annoyed” it makes her to be shamed by strangers when out with her little ones.
Helen told her social media followers: “I think I’m pretty good at controlling my emotions, I’m pretty busy but I always have emotional outbursts when I’m due…”
The blonde beauty didn’t go into detail about what sparked her, but remained steadfast in her determination to live her life and go “where I want.”
Helen added: “It’s like a long story short but I get it I was really upset last week because I’m not going to go into too much detail but basically I hate it when mums are so uncomfortable as I do don’t know…
“I had Matilda not young, but younger, and I always went everywhere with my children, for example, flew with them, trains, hotels, and I literally always went where I wanted to go.
“I just don’t like it when you get people who are basically trash to you because you have kids and you’re a mom who basically give you evil.”
