Charles Venn took to Instagram this week to show off his incredibly toned physique with a shirtless snap.
The 49-year-old soap star revealed that he is starting the new year as he intends to continue with a vigorous workout.
Referring to his Nigerian background, he captioned the snap: “Made with Igbo warrior DNA”.

At his heaviest, James weighed 27 stone, but now he only weighs 15.7 pounds.
