THE PreCarnival in Fortaleza already has an official start date: day January 20th. The information is contained in a document from the Capital’s Cultural Secretariat (Secultfor), obtained by Diário do Nordeste, which also defines the times and poles of the party across the city. The celebrations at the end of the first month of the year receive a total of 12 points until February 12th.
THE Time schedule however, has not yet been fully informed by the public agency. Nevertheless, confirmations of dates already two years after their cancellation due to the Covid 19 pandemic are evidence of the return of the traditional party to the city.
