After negative comments about a beau on the show surfaced on Love Is in the Field’s social media, the production took concrete steps to address the controversy.
She wrote on Facebook this Friday:
“Following disturbing allegations about a suitor’s behavior over the last few days, the production of Love is in the Meadow has decided to withdraw him from the adventure.
Love is on the meadow has always stood for friendliness, respect, sincerity and authenticity. The nature and severity of the actions complained of, which clearly contradict these values, have prompted us to make this decision.
Professional support was offered to those affected to help them through this ordeal.
This 11th season is filled with love, wonderful encounters, heartbreaking decisions and love at first sight. It would have been a shame if the current situation overshadowed the peasants and their suitors, who wholeheartedly embarked on the adventure of finding love.
