Ximbinha is enjoying a few days of rest in Pará with his nowwife Karen Kethlen, who has been appointed as the lynchpin for ending the guitarist’s marriage to Joelma.
The two posed in the greatest love atmosphere on a beach and even exchanged statements on social networks. “My luck,” Karen wrote in the caption of a post with a photo of the couple.
The 35yearold lawyer has spent the past seven years without social media amid fears of attacks from Calypso fans. Officially married to Ximbinha since July 2018, she decided to create a profile and return to Instagram.
Karen has only posted a few posts on the publicly accessible social network. One of them was supposed to declare herself to her husband on his 48th birthday last February.
“You who are an admirable human being, a man with such a generous and pure heart, who cares so lovingly for everyone and expects nothing in return. A man of integrity, correctness and naivety at heart. All those living with you are grateful to be with someone so special,” she wrote.
“Thank you for sharing your life with me. I am very lucky to share my life with someone who is so loving, such a friend and companion. Not all the words in the world would suffice to describe all your qualities. I love you and us forever”, finished.
Apparently, the romance began while Ximbinha was still married to Joelma, who he split from in 2015. The singer herself has already stated in interviews that she was cheated on by him. Ximbinha also admitted to cheating on his exwife with Karen (see below).
The guitarist publicly accepted his relationship with Karen a few months after the marriage ended. The two married two years later and live in Belém in the same villa where Ximbinha lived with Joelma.
