WHAT IS SHINGLE?
Shingles is a painful condition caused by the same virus that causes chickenpox.

It can last up to four weeks and can be treated with acetaminophen to reduce pain.
Paloma’s shingles bout is an unfortunate turn of events for the singer in the first week of the year after she shared her hopes that 2023 will be a better year than last.
Just last week, she shared a selfie from Rome in which she said she was a “broken and disheveled woman” after traveling alone with her children.
The hitmaker also described 2022 as a “f**king s**t,” apparently hinting at her reported relationship breakdown, before thanking fans for their support.
“Omg I’m a broken woman bringing two kids to Rome on my own but I’m here and very disheveled and I’m grateful to everyone who supported me in 2022 because it was f***ing!” Her post began.
She added: “But I have good feelings for next year! Good times will come.’
It comes after reports that Paloma split from her partner of nine years, Leyman Lahcine, in November.
According to The Sun, the “Only Love Can Hurt Like This” singer confirmed she was single at Jonathan Ross’ Halloween party, where she was the “life and soul of the bash.”
A source also told the publication, “Paloma and Leyman have ended their relationship and she is very single.”
“Things between Paloma and Leyman have become strained over the past year and they are no longer together – despite raising their children together.”
The source said Paloma appeared happy and upbeat at Jonathan’s Halloween party despite the heartbreak.
“Everyone was delighted to see her so happy after a tough few months,” they added.
Over: It comes after Paloma reflected on a turbulent year after splitting from her partner of nine years, Leyman Lahcine, in November
The couple, who share two daughters aged five and 22 months, began dating in early 2013 and are said to have secretly married in 2017.
However, breakup rumors have swirled as the couple no longer follows each other on Instagram, and earlier last year the singer and actress revealed she was in the midst of a personal life crisis.
She previously admitted she was going through a personal life crisis, becoming “scared” about “being around people” last January.
The talented star shared a selfie at the time as she explained her absence on social media, assuring fans she was working on new music.
