Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced it in his wishes to the country: 2023 will be the year of “victory”. His chief of staff, Valeri Zaloujny, even wants to transfer “hostilities” to Crimea. Strengthened by their successes in Kharkiv and Kherson before the winter that froze the fighting, the Ukrainian army is preparing for new confrontations, while the Russian troops are regenerating thanks to the arrival of conscripts.
