It appears that one of the characters in Succession will pass away in Season 4, with many of the stars filming a funeral scene.
Brian Cox (Logan Roy), Jeremy Strong (Kendall Roy), Nicholas Braun (Greg Hirsch), Alan Ruck (Connor Roy) and Fisher Stevens (Hugo Baker) were all spotted Monday afternoon on New York City’s Upper East Side.
They all filmed a funeral scene for the upcoming fourth season, which will return to HBO sometime this spring.

Cox was spotted in a plain black baseball cap with a black coat underneath a blue shirt as filming resumed on season five.
Strong wore a traditional black suit with a tan overcoat and aviator sunglasses while carrying a brown grocery bag.
Braun opted for a gray suit with a black coat, with a gold watch peeking through the coat.

Ruck was seen sporting horn-rimmed glasses and a gray beard wearing a classic black suit and overcoat.
Stevens wore a blue suit with a dark gray coat for the funeral scene in New York City.
The show follows up on Season 4’s explosive finale, in which the Roy children – Kendall, Connor, Shiv (Sarah Snook) and Roman (Kieran Culkin) – were kicked out of their father Logan’s Waystar Royco conglomerate.

While the Roy kids have been at odds with one another for much of the series, in the final episodes of Season 3, they finally banded together to stop their father, Logan, from selling the family’s media conglomerate.
Little did they know that black sheep of the family, Tom Wambsgans (Matthew McFadyen), had betrayed his own wife, Shiv, and informed Logan of what they were doing, which gave him enough power to take away their power to block the upcoming sale.
The final footage of Season 3 seemed to indicate that Shiv realized her husband had been cheating on her, although how that will play out in Season 4 is unclear.

Production on Season 4 began back in late June, with HBO announcing that the 10-episode season “moves closer to the sale of media conglomerate Waystar Royco to tech visionary Lukas Matsson.”
Alexander Skarsgaard will return as Matsson, starring Arian Moayed (Stewy Hosseini), Juliana Canfield (Jess Jordan), Annabelle Dexter-Jones (Naomi Pierce), Hope Davis (Sandi Furness), Dagmara Domińczyk (Karolina Novotney), Cherry Jones (Nan Pierce ). ), Justin Kirk (Jeryd Mencken) and Stephen Root (Ron Petkus).
Leading cast returning include Matthew Macfadyen, J. Smith-Cameron, Peter Friedman, David Rasche, Hiam Abbass, Justine Lupe, Scott Nicholson, Zoë Winters and Jeannie Berlin.
