In his book Spare, Prince Harry claimed that it was his father, now King Charles III, who refused to allow him to travel to Balmoral with Meghan Markle to say goodbye to Queen Elizabeth on her deathbed (Portal ).
King Charles told Prince Harry that his wife was not welcome balmoral on the day Queen Elizabeth II died, according to the Duke of Sussex in his memoir Spare, to be published on Tuesday 10 January.
In his explosive biography, Harry wrote that his father ordered him, giving reasons, not to take his wife Meghan with him to say goodbye to the dying Queen Elizabeth II. “meaningless and disrespectful.”
Angered by Carlos’ perceived slight, Harry replied, “Don’t ever talk about my wife like that!”which prompted the current king to apologize to his youngest son.
This is just one of the many shocking revelations the Duke made in his memoir.

Harry, 38, and Meghan, 41, were in London to attend the WellChild Awards ceremony when the Queen’s health deteriorated at her home in Scotland.
On September 8, a spokesman confirmed the couple would be traveling to Balmoral. But only a few hours later A clarification was issued that the Duke would be traveling alone.
He flew to Scotland alone in a private plane, arriving in Balmoral shortly after the Queen’s death was publicly announced.
Harry has now claimed he received direct instructions from then-Prince Charles not to bring Meghan with him.
In a passage of his autobiography, the Duke noted that he learned of the Queen’s death from the BBC.
Harry was outraged by his father’s request.
At the time, a source claimed Harry was still at Frogmore Cottage, Windsor, when he received a call from Carlos asking Meghan to stay there.
“Carlos told Harry that it was not right or appropriate for Meghan to be on Balmoral at such a sad time,” a source said. “She was told that Kate would not be leaving and that family members should be limited to those closest to her.”

Arriving at Balmoral Castle, Harry was greeted by Princess Anne, who then showed him upstairs to a room where the monarch lay.
The Duke left Balmoral with his father and brother after 12 hours of mourning. He was photographed alone in the back seat of a Range Rover en route to Aberdeen Airport on the morning of September 9th.
In “Spare,” Harry detailed a series of conversations with his father in which Carlos expressed negative feelings toward Meghan.
Harry accused his father of worrying that the Hollywood actress would “direct” him and expressed concern he would have to support her financially.
Harry said the king had warned him there was “no money left” to support his wife. But the prince felt that Carlos’s concern was jealousy.
In his book entitled in Spanish “in the shadowHarry said he sarcastically considered telling his father that The cost of supporting Meghan was minimal as she didn’t eat much and was able to buy her own clothes.
He then interprets that Carlos didn’t want a “shiny new“Member of the monarchy, Meghan,”will steal the limelight“.

Elsewhere in the book, the prince reveals this as well Carlos didn’t like that William and Kate were getting too much attention of the media and assures that in 2015 he expressed his dissatisfaction with the coverage they received.
“Willy did what he wanted and sometimes I didn’t want him to do much because my father and Camilla didn’t like Willy and Kate getting too much publicity,” he writes, according to the British press.
He claims that before a certain public engagement Carlos’ staff insisted on not letting Kate be photographed with a tennis racquetbecause, he argues, “Surely that kind of photo would have woken Dad and Camilla from all the ceilings“.
In recent days the UK media have made several revelations from Harry’s biography and from the interviews he has given to US channels and Britain’s ITV, which will air them in full this Sunday.

It is not known if Harry and Meghan will attend Charles II’s coronation on May 6th.
Other statements in the autobiography provide details about the reason for the feud between Meghan and Kate.
So far, the royal family has remained silent about Harry’s strong statements against his father and older brother.
