Mick Jagger’s ex Luciana Gimenez, 53, shares pictures from her hospital bed after breaking her leg in a horror skiing accident in Aspen
Mick Jagger’s ex Luciana Gimenez has shared photos of her leg in a cast after she was involved in a horror skiing accident while vacationing in Aspen.
The former model, 53, took to her Instagram Story on Monday to post the snaps from her hospital bed after undergoing emergency surgery.
She also posted a selfie while she was on the slopes and captioned it “last photo before” taking a fall and breaking her leg in four places on Saturday.

Their representatives previously said in a statement: “Luciana Gimenez had an accident while skiing in Aspen, United States, last Saturday afternoon.
“Luciana was enjoying her holidays with her children Lucas and Lorenzo, skiing at high speed on a red route. The accident happened when she tried to brake.
“The presenter received emergency medical treatment on the ski slope and was then taken to the local hospital by ambulance.
“After reporting severe pain, she underwent tests that confirmed fractures in four different locations on her leg. As a result, doctors decided she required emergency surgery, which was very successful.”

The statement outlined her hopes of leaving home on Monday, adding: “Luciana is already in recovery accompanied by her eldest son Lucas. Her release is scheduled for Monday.”
Luciana’s boyfriend, entrepreneur Renato Breia, has expressed his belief that his partner will soon be “dancing” again after her operation.
He took to his Instagram story to share a video of them outside on a hot day, with Luciana dancing and singing in a bikini.
He wrote in Portuguese, along with a praying hands emoji: “Everything will be fine! Jajá will dance for us again.’

Luciana performed as the Rolling Stones’ “Queen of Drums” more than a decade ago.
She famously had an affair with Mick, 79, behind the back of his then-partner Jerry Hall – which led to the birth of their son Lucas together in 1999.
Luciana discovered she was pregnant with Mick’s child in 1998 after an eight-month affair, causing Jerry and Mick’s 22-year relationship to collapse.
In 1999, Luciana was described by Jerry as “the straw that broke the camel’s back” during her breakup with Mick.
Luciana previously said of model Jerry, “I don’t know how she feels about me, but I understand that I probably hurt her.”
Despite the fact that Mick insisted on a paternity test when Lucas was born, she has always had a good relationship with the man she describes as “an excellent father” to her child.
Mick has paid all of Lucas’s school fees and also appears to have been generous and kind with his time – he regularly spent holidays with him.
For her part, Luciana is even friends with Jagger’s current love Melanie Hamrick, the 33-year-old American ballerina he has been dating since 2014.
