He shouldn’t be doing public service, Joseph Cairo, the Republican leader in Nassau County, New York, said today. “He brought disgrace to the House of Representatives and we don’t consider him one of our congressmen.”
That’s why Nassau County’s Republican leadership is calling for his “immediate resignation” as representative. The 34-year-old was elected to the Chamber of Deputies for the first time in congressional elections in November.
