The man, a shareholder in a company in Dubai and a financial adviser with a past as a banker in San Marino, managed their accounts with the banks of the Republic of Titan Luca Bertuzzi on behalf of wealthy clients, according to the investigation coordinated by the deputy prosecutor’s office in San Marino, allegedly the capital before the Italian tax authorities protection. At least 3 million euros were hidden between 2009 and 2017 and belong to a Florentine orthopedist who has already been convicted of tax offenses.
