Kickboxing fighter Jackie began focusing on bodybuilding during times of social isolation during the Covid19 pandemic. The training sessions were so intense that the Dutch woman’s biceps are around 64 centimeters in circumference. To give you an idea: Arnold Schwarzenegger’s “muque” measures about 56 centimeters.

Jackie, owner of a security company, wants to combine muscle and femininity and revolutionize the world of bodybuilding. “I want to bring something new to the market. I call it curvy muscle because I want to have my womanly curves, but I also want to have muscle in a healthy way,” she told the South West News Service.

Jackie weighed around 69 kilos in 2020 and has now reached an impressive 158 kilos. According to her, 70% of her mass consists of pure muscles. “What got me to build my curvy muscles was my temporary break from kickboxing,” she explained. “I’ve always had an interest in fitness, but the break has allowed me to focus on a different way of using my body, which is what brought me here,” he explained.

The training showed impressive results. Jackie can now lift 300 pounds, over 400 pounds on the bench press, over 200 pounds on the squat and nearly 900 pounds on the leg press. “I feel strong, huge and great,” added Koorn. “I have strengthened myself by continuing a good diet and exercise regimen. Eating well and lifting weights are what you need if you want to build muscle.”

For those who want the Dutch diet recipe, brace yourself: She eats two breakfasts a day, like two eggs with some cottage cheese and granola; two more eggs and chicken for lunch; and two more eggs for dinner with some veggies. “How do I cut? [para trás] Now I eat 2,200 calories a day. When I’m building [músculos], it’s more like 3,200,” Koorn said.
