In the chapter on governance proposals, he calls for strengthening by the Mediterranean macro-region; a cross-border mechanism to overcome the legal and administrative obstacles faced by these territories and support in applying for the official status of Catalan in the European institutions.

Regarding the infrastructures, he calls for the promotion and realization of the H2Med project; a common front to restore the original layout of the Mediterranean Corridor as part of the review of the new TENT-V proposal; Promotion of the new railway corridor Montpellier-Perpignan (France); Restoration and improvement of the rail link with Perpignan and modernization of the section of the R3 from the border to Latour-de-Carol (France).

It also calls for an improvement in health cooperation and the opening of border crossings “closed by the French government”.
