Everything Everywhere All at Once tells a universal story in 360 degrees that manages to connect profound and universal themes, combining comedy, family drama, romance and martial arts without sacrificing spectacular staging. You can read them below official summary of the movie:
The film tells the story of Evelyn Wang, a woman of Chinese descent who faces several difficulties: On the labor front, the tax officer has ordered an investigation into the laundromat she runs with her husband Waymond. An arrangement that will lead her to encounter Deirdre, a rather meticulous inspector. On the family front, things are far from rosy: things aren’t going so well between Evelyn and her husband that he’s filed for divorce; Add to that the management of an aging father and teenage daughter, Joy, as they come to terms with their sexuality. All of this, messy as it is, is nothing compared to what Evelyn expects. In fact, at the end the woman will witness a rift in the multiverse: it will be the beginning of an extraordinary adventure in parallel realities in which it will be up to her to prevent its destruction. Only in this way can Evelyn restore order in the various dimensions and in her life.
See the cast of the film Michelle Yeoh in the role of the protagonist supported by James Hong (the unforgettable Lo Pan de Grosso Guaio in Chinatown), Stephanie Hasu (Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings), Ke Huy Quan (the brilliant Data from The Goonies and Short Round from Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom) e Jamie Lee Curtis.
The film was written and directed by Daniel Kun and Daniel Scheinert, who have been accredited under the pseudonym Daniels. The film was produced by A24 and expelled in our country by The Miracle Pictures. Among the producers, it can also boast of two exceptional characters like the brothers Anthony and Joe Russo.
