Sébastien Delorme recently revealed what role has slipped his hands and it’s surprising. The actor auditioned for a major Quebec film, but as we know, the role went to someone else.

The topic came up at La Tour on Tuesday night when Hélène Bougerois Leclerc hosted Debbie Lynch-White and Sébastien Delorme in place of Gildor Roy. The trio agreed on one point: the actors all have at least one role that they didn’t have and that they will regret for the rest of their lives.
The interpreter of Léo Macdonald in Indefensible confided that for him it was the character of Antoine Godin in Café de Flore. The role in Jean-Marc Vallée’s 2011 film instead went to Kevin Parent, for whom it was his first film deal.

“Jean-Marc provided the soundtrack for the film in advance. You learned your ear and you were inspired by his universe and his whole soundtrack,” he recalled.
He adds that he even visited the establishment, the café de flore, in Paris to immerse himself in this place… and it was precisely in the City of Lights, on the Champs Élysées, that he received the fateful reputation.
“They kept me on hold for six weeks,” he added, making the whole thing even more heartbreaking. You can see it in the snippet above.
That same year, Sébastien starred in two popular Quebec series, Mirador and 30 Vies.
