BREAKING NEWS: Flash star Ezra Miller has pleaded guilty to breaking into a Vermont neighbor’s home and stealing alcohol, avoiding jail time under a plea deal

American actor Ezra Miller, 30, narrowly avoided jail time after accepting a plea deal related to a burglary at a home in southern Vermont last May.

The 30-year-old ‘Flash’ actor agreed to a suspended sentence of 89 to 90 days in prison for the offense of ‘unlawful trespassing,’ according to a pleading filed Friday in Vermont Superior Court in Bennington.

They will also be fined $500 plus a $192 surcharge and placed on probation for one year. Two other charges were dropped, including a charge of burglary, which could have been punished with a 25-year prison sentence.
