Speaking to Web and other members of the press, Michelle said: “Jessica from Liberty X did the show in 2009. And so of course I spoke to Jess about it and she just said enjoy every second.
“And she said it was so important because before she knew it, even though she made it to the final, she still wished she had enjoyed it more because she had been pushing herself.
“She said just enjoy every moment. And that’s what I’m trying to do.’

Meanwhile, Michelle – who recently recounted how she had four falls in one day – insisted she is in it to win it, saying those who say otherwise are likely “lying” themselves.
She said: “I think we all are [in it to win it]. I think you know when someone says, “Oh, I don’t care if I win,” I think it’s almost a lie to itself.
“We would all like to be in the final, which we would all like to win. It would be amazing.’

“She said enjoy every minute”: “Even though she reached the finals, she still came away wishing she had enjoyed it more because she was pushing herself” (Michelle and Jessica pictured in 2021)
She continued, “The thing about reminding people with shows like this is whether you like someone or vote for them. Because sometimes the people who go out are like, ‘Oh, I’m sure they’re safe,’ and it’s the same thing when you see the X Factor or pop stars or my upbringing when I was in the competitions.
“If you want to vote for someone, vote for someone, otherwise you are not safe. We all want to be there – just vote for me!’
It comes after Michelle revealed she wants to make her kids proud on Dancing On Ice following their struggles with alcohol and drug addictions.

Much luck! It comes after Michelle revealed she wants to make her kids proud on Dancing On Ice following their struggles with alcohol and drug addictions
And just a week before her debut on the ITV reality show, she said: “I’ve always watched the show and am a huge fan of the show.
“My bandmate Jessica did it many years ago and I’ve always wanted to do the show but it was never my time.
“Obviously I suffered from addictions so it was never the right time even though I always wanted to do the show and my name was in the bucket.
“I feel really strong and ready. I want to do it because it’s always been on my bucket list. The show is magical – the costumes and doing something that is different and out of my box.
“I’m not a professional dancer, I’m a pop star and a performer, but I’m not a professional at anything! I needed to regain some confidence with my recovery and I think the timing is right.

She added: “When I called my husband and told him I got it he was so happy – he’s my biggest supporter. Faith was with me when I got the call and I was crying!
“Faith said when I cried that she thought it was bad news and I told her I got it and she gave me a hug and said, ‘I’m so proud of you mom.
“My children are my biggest supporters. You have to rip them away because they will be there every week!’
