Britney Spears has broken her silence after Friday’s “meltdown” at a Los Angeles restaurant – with a strange and seemingly defiant Instagram meme.
“They told me I couldn’t, so I did it!” Read the illustration the “Toxic” singer posted showing a woman in sunglasses with her legs crossed.
The post came a day after a casual dinner in Los Angeles with husband Sam Asghari that ended in a bizarre Britney-style breakdown.

Witnesses said the 41-year-old pop icon JOEY yelled and “talked gibberish” at Friday night, prompting Asghari to storm out of the Woodland Hills restaurant, TMZ reported.
The footage shows an exhausted Spears sitting alone, muttering to herself before making a dove with her bodyguard.
The latest Instagram message follows a series of eccentric posts on Spears’ social media account.
The outbreak reportedly prompted her husband, Sam Asghari, to storm out of the restaurant.
In recent months, the “Baby One More Time” singer has posted several nearly nude pictures and videos to Instagram, including a clip of herself bathing, showing off some skin on the beach and in a bathtub.
Spears also shared footage and images of her participating in bizarre dances, turning off the camera and even devouring a cake that had been lying on the floor.
