On this occasion, the new Piqué lie in which the Casio watch brand was implicated was revealed.
Piqué assured Casio in a twich broadcast related to the Kings League that he was becoming a new sponsor of his league, boasting that he was appearing with a watch of that brand.
However, users on social networks realized that he was lying and wore the Casio watch just out of interest.
Streamer Ibai shared a video on his Instagram Stories of Piqué sporting a Rolex watch before starting the conversation with the Kings League members. So the Spaniard was unmasked and just donned the Casio watch to announce your patronage.
“We have an agreement with Casio, they gave us watches and we have an agreement with the brand and the Kings League,” said the former soccer player.
The relevance of both watch brands stems from the fact that Shakira hints at Piqué’s possible infidelity in her song “Cambiaste un Rolex por un Casio”.
