The country has received a wave of Ukrainian refugees. This Saturday Russia again carried out a series of bombings on Ukrainian territory. The offensive caused power outages in almost every region of the country. “A missile attack on key infrastructure is underway in Kyiv,” Ukrainian Presidential Advisor Kirilo Tymoshenko said via Telegram.
