As previously mentioned, Vince McMahon has been reinstated to the WWE Board of Directors and is exploring the possibility of selling the company.

“McMahon wants to make sure he surrounds himself with the right people for the job. That included bringing back someone WWE fired during their hiatus. We’re told he brought back Brad Blum as his chief of staff 1 1/2 months after WWE fired him.”

“Ringside News was first to report that McMahon was back in the office suggesting changes, and we’ve corroborated that story as well. Talent was announced on Friday that Paul Levesque [Triple H] would still be responsible for the creative department and Levesque kicked out a scenario where Vince could make suggestions and he talks to several people about creative ideas and they can make suggestions but he’s the one making the final decisions.”
