Rio Luciana Gimenez spoke about the anxiety she is feeling during her recovery after suffering an accident while skiing in Aspen, United States. In an interview for the show “A Tarde é Sua” with Sonia Abrão on RedeTV! the 53yearold presenter recalled the first thoughts she had after falling and breaking her leg in four different places.

“As soon as I fell, I knew I broke my leg and wanted to ski,” said the former model, who had to undergo emergency surgery. “I was in a difficult place. I went to the hospital, it was a serious injury and I was lucky because I got the head of orthopedics,” she explained. The famous actress was joined by her children Lucas Jagger, 23, from her relationship with Mick Jagger, and Lorenzo, 11, from her defunct marriage to Marcelo de Carvalho.
Lu also shared a worrying situation he faced after the accident: “He operated on me as an emergency, but my leg was severely swollen and could cut off blood flow to the fingers, so you may have gangrene. And I just said, ‘I’ need this my leg, I work with it, I wear heels,'” she shared.
A week after the accident, Luciana is candid about her feelings during the recovery period. “I’m one of those people who think too much. I’m scared, I’m really scared, I don’t know what’s going to happen to my leg,” she said.
