ANALYSIS – Vladimir Putin’s former adviser Andrei Illarionov has announced that Russia is investigating a plan to surprise Ukrainians and Westerners.
In an interview on YouTube on Sunday, Vladimir Putin’s former advisor, Andrei Illarionov, sounded the alarm about “the big war” that the Kremlin chief is preparing for 2023 in Ukraine.
Illarionov, who lives in Washington, suggests he has serious information channels and says Russian power has learned from the disastrous setbacks of 2022 and is preparing for a much larger war.

He insists that Russia could surprise Ukrainians and Westerners by attacking, in particular, from the north-east, that is, via Belarus, the supply routes and the railway line that vitally connect the city of Lviv in western Ukraine, on the borders of Europe .
