This Jersey Shore shop may be focused on coffee and ice cream. But it’s their donuts that have just gained national recognition.
Drip N’ Scoop, a New Jersey coffee shop that also serves ice cream, was just named one of the top 25 donut shops in the United States by FeastAndField.net.
“Dubbed a hotspot for donut lovers, Ocean City is home to this local gem,” wrote Feast and Field. “Drip N Scoop not only specializes in donuts, they also scoop ice cream all year round. Or dive into an iced coffee served with a donut on your straw.”
Drip N’ Scoop has locations in Atlantic City, Somers Point and two in Ocean City.
Previously named one of New Jersey’s best donut shops by Pete Genovese of NJ.com, the full-service coffee and milk bar offers standard donut flavors like Old Fashioned, Cinnamon Sugar, and Chocolate. But Drip N’ Scoop also has specialty flavors like Cotton Candy, S’mores, Chocolate Peanut Butter, and Vanilla Coconut. Premium flavors include Peanut Butter Cup and Maple Bacon. The shop’s website even takes taste requests.
