In 10 games with the Alberta club in 2022, the Canadian completed 40 of the 69 passes he attempted for 461 yards and two touchdowns. He was also the victim of five interceptions and rushed for 149 yards.
The 24-year-old had his first career start in week four of the Ambrosie Tour but was forced to miss several games with a shoulder injury.
Ford was selected as the eighth overall pick in the Canadian Football League’s final draft. The Niagara Falls, Ontario native had met the Las Vegas Raiders before getting a chance to demonstrate his skills in front of the Pats.
