The 24-year-old had his first career start in week four of the Ambrosie Tour but was forced to miss several games with a shoulder injury.

Ford was selected as the eighth overall pick in the Canadian Football League’s final draft. The Niagara Falls, Ontario native had met the Las Vegas Raiders before getting a chance to demonstrate his skills in front of the Pats.
