A celebrity jailed for fraud wants Kim Kardashian to star in a film about her life in prison

Kim Kardashian would be in the sights of a celebrity who would play her in a biographical film

This 2023, Kim Kardashian has made an effort to showcase his acting chops with projects like American Horror Story and an upcoming Netflix comedy. This and her distinctive silhouette have led to some celebrities already thinking about hiring Kim to bring her to life on the big screen.

This is the case of Jen Shah, who gained great fame after participating in Real Housewives of Salt Lake City (RHOSLC). The idea gained popularity after actress Emma Stone was asked which member of the scandalous reality show should have their own biographical film. The first name that came to mind was Jen Shah, and it was the eccentric director Yorgos Lanthimos who was responsible for bringing Sha's life to the big screen.

Shah is currently serving a prison sentence for wire fraud and money laundering, but it was his manager Chris Giovanni who told TMZ how excited Shah was about the possibility of his life becoming a movie starring Kim Kardashian. This is not the first time that Shah wants to work closely with the famous celebrity. In 2022, before the trial that sent Shah to prison, the star wanted Kim Kardashian to join his legal team. Although Kim has never litigated, he has used his influence and his law studies (which he started not long ago) to help various populations.

This is how Jen argued before the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City cameras: “She was able to defend and change the situation of people who were wrongly accused of crimes. “They are innocent and she was able to help be part of the movement to fight in the White House or with the administration for their release.”

Shah also reiterated at the time that the allegations that led to her being behind bars were unjustified, and she also said that she did not take this lightly and showed genuine concern for her family.

“It is my life and more importantly, my family’s life. I worry about her more than anything. “I don’t want my children, my husband, my mother or my family to be affected by this and that’s why I have to fight and have faith in the justice system.”

Previously, Jen Shah sought Kim Kardashian as her legal representative during the scandalous trial in which she was found guilty of wire fraud and money laundering.

Jen Sha was sentenced to six and a half years in prison last January for telemarketing fraud. Shah and his assistant Stuart Smith promised business opportunities to people (usually older adults) who contacted them by phone, but the victims never received the promised money and, of course, their investment was lost forever. During the trial, his lawyer Priya Chaudhry issued a statement on Shah's behalf in which he claimed to regret his actions.

“I stand before you as an immigrant from Tonga and Hawaii. The principles are humility, loyalty and respect. I have come to an agreement. I took action against it. I'm sorry. “My actions hurt innocent people.”

Although the film is far from fact, Jen Shah has already prepared several notes covering around 150 pages of her life in prison (Instagram: @therealjensha)

Although Kardashian's participation in Shah's biography has not been confirmed and the star's schedule is quite busy, Shah has expressed his excitement about sharing the news with his fellow inmates that at least Emma Stone is a fan of his story. The biographical project is not currently in development, but if it does happen, Shah has already prepared detailed notes about her experiences in prison, totaling 100 to 150 pages, for the actress taking on the role.
