Built in 1927, businessman Maxime Rémillard's attic residence offers 358 square meters of living space. It also includes multi-level terraces, an in-ground swimming pool and three garages.

Mr. Rémillard is known, among other things, for buying the remains of the channel Télévision Quatre- Saisons (TQS), which became V Media before being sold to Bell Canada Entreprises (BCE) in 2020. The businessman presents himself today as president and chief operating officer of Remcorp, a private investment company active in real estate, agricultural technology and media.

This Outremont residence was purchased 10 years ago, on April 17, 2013, by Mr. Rémillard from Philippe Rolland and Ina Stefano for $3,308,000. It was resold for almost twice as much.

At the most recent three-year valuation, this property was assigned a value of $4,704,600, which is 36% more than the previous valuation of $3,459,300.

In 2023, municipal taxes were $27,648. In addition to the purchase price, the buyer will be subject to a transfer tax of $203,128.
